If you've landed here it's because someone wants you to get away and experience the cup-filling experience that is Refuge. This is an exclusive invitation to join one of two trips hosted by Luke Dooley. These trips will be filled with men seeking rest and adventure to fuel their passion to lead with excellence at home, at work, and in their communities.
Spring Trip: April 24-27
Hyatville, Wyoming
Refuge Wyoming is an oasis from the ordinary rhythms of life. Paint Rock Canyon Ranch will be your home for a weekend of laughter, friendship, fishing, and rest. Hike the canyon, pick apart 5-miles of blue-ribbon water, relax on the rooftop deck, or define your own rest.
Fall Trip: October 19-23
Ft. Smith, Montana
The Montana refuge experience brings unprecedented fly-fishing, first-class hospitality, and the glorious combination of rest and adventure to your doorstep. We'll eat, fellowship, and sleep in a lodge on bluff above the Bighorn River. Peak Fall colors set the backdrop to an epic week of guided fishing alongside restorative friendships.

Refuge is designed to give rest and adventure to world-changing leaders.
The daily agenda is non-existent. Do what gives you life and rest; then show up to the dinner table each night at 7pm.
There is an amazing staff of professional guides, chefs, and support staff to ensure you get the most of your experience.
The cost of the trip is as follows: $250 reservation fee here. Requested donation of $1,500+ to Refuge. Flight and fishing license.
All transportation to and from the airport is included in your trip cost.
All food is included in your trip cost.
There is limited to no cell phone coverage and wifi usage is reserved for emergencies. Disconnect and live your best life.
The Refuge Experience
Montana Vs. Wyoming
Montana: You will stay at a beautiful lodge called "The Bluffs". The Refuge experience in Montana is centered around daily guided fly-fishing trips on the world-famous Bighorn River. While the primary activity is fishing, there are other adventures to be found; enjoy a day on the pontoon at the beautiful Yellowtail Canyon Reservoir, visit Custer's last stand, hone your shooting hand at the outdoor range, or relax around the property equipped with gym, indoor and outdoor games, and plenty of space around the firepit.______________Wyoming: You will stay at the Refuge Lodge @ Paint Rock Canyon Ranch, a Wyoming ranch with 80,000 acres off the western slope of the Big Horn Mountain Range. The rooms offer rustic comfort with gorgeous Wyoming landscapes right outside your door - a perfect retreat away for you to refresh and recharge. There are over 5 miles of private access to the Paint Rock Canyon Creek, a blue-ribbon fishery available for guided wade fishing. Other activities include hiking, visiting the outdoor shooting range, relaxing by the river, or make your own fun and recreation around the expansive property.______________Both Experiences: Come and get what you need with no expectations on you or made up agendas. Come receive. Let’s eat, fish, rest, and laugh. Wake up each day and do it again. There are also expansive meal times together, as well as hours sitting around a raging bonfire with an optional cigar in one hand and beverage in the other.
